Blade inspection still leans on the human eye across huge, curved, low-contrast surfaces — and the eye gets tired, subjective and inconsistent. Dry spots, ply misalignment, wrinkles, inclusions and bond-line defects are easy to miss and expensive to catch late. The question isn’t whether defects occur. It’s how many are leaving your factory unseen.

We’re deployed on nearly 40 blade manufacturing lines, and none of them are named on this website. That’s deliberate: your blade quality data is a competitive asset, and we treat every manufacturer’s the same way. The discretion we extend to them is exactly the discretion you’d want extended to you. So we don’t ask you to trust someone else’s testimonial — we’re happy to prove it on your line instead.

Nominate a production line and give us a point of contact. Let the system see real blades in real conditions — multiple runs, real defect events, real shift and seasonal variation. Take it as seriously as we do. That commitment is the whole point.

Nothing of ours ever sits on your network

The system installs physically in your factory — your team puts the hardware in place. Your IT then grants us secure, controlled access to a server, on your terms and inside your existing security framework. You decide the access; you keep the control. The same architecture that keeps us out of your infrastructure is what keeps every other manufacturer’s data out of reach too.
